Chemical Storage Cabinet
The storage cabinet is ideal to store Toxic laboratory solvents & chemicals inside the laboratories, P. P. trays are provided for long life of shelves, ,Doors are provided with 5mm toughened/ Safety glass , In some of the critical chemical application, Exhaust port on top along with blower is been provided & their size can be altered as per Requirement.Flammable and Toxic gases are usually kept inside storage cabinet connected with an integrated system having all safety equipment and provisions for gas supply. Cabinet can be designed for 10 Ltrs, 47 Ltrs and 50 Ltrs capacity cylinders. Detailed Design and Control System can be furnished on request.

A safety cabinet can also help keep you in compliance with federal OSHA regulations and state and local fire codes. Safety cabinets for flammables protect chemicals (by extension also human beings, animals and personal belongings) from fire risks or unusual heating sources. Fire protection is assured by keeping the flammables in the cabinet. This is done by various means: automatic doors closing (available on some of our models) and/or thermo-expanding seals of the doors allowing to isolate the internal body – or also the availability of thermo-fuses which automatically seal off the ventilation system (EN 14470). Some models are also equipped with a fire-extinguisher unit within the cabinet, thus preventing fire to break out in the Safety cabinet.

PASSIVE SECURITY

ACTIVE SECURITY
- Air inlet and outlet channel in rear panel. Easy connection on the roof of the cabinet Ø 100 mm (labelled as exhaust channel).
- In case of fire, a thermo-fuse automatically seals off the ventilation system.
- Thermo-expanding seals of the doors allow keeping the internal body fireproof.
- Separately locking doors with cylinders locks.
- Self-closing doors with possibility to keep the doors open. If the temperature rises to 50°C, a fuse link closes the doors automatically.
